Good choice of savoury options for meal. Fairly nice area, remote location close enough to cable car stop, a beautiful botanical garden and greenhouse, and the closest convenient store. Besides, excellent for visiting Hakone Museum of Art.

I had spacious and bright room with a fantastic view over the valley and fridge, for example. My room included a microwave oven and a fridge. Location: the hotel was near somewhere above yutorelo annex, a cable car station which was handy, and the mountain.

I needed dishes, but they didn't have it.

Modern hotel, fairly clean, with really very nice staff in the night shift. Had japanese-style room with hot spring bath, beautiful view and shower. Marvellous and stunning location - very close to Hakuundo Chaen. And next to all restaurant, and the Naka-gora cable car station.

Really enjoyed the traditional-style building and our lovely and accommodating room. It was in a remote location, near Nakagora station. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Living Room.

We stayed here for 1 night and liked the place. The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a really quiet area, short walk to nearby restaurants, Naka Gora tram, and the cable car station Naka Gora. The atmosphere created was quiet.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this 4-star hotel in Hakone! The location couldn't have been better - situated at the top of a hill, the hotel offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the friendly English-speaking receptionists who made check-in and check-out a breeze, to the housekeeping team who ensured our rooms were always clean and well-maintained. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service, which was a convenient way to get around the area.

Easy base for exploring Hakone. Very traditional room and clean bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. Great and unbeatable location, very close to Hakuundo Chaen. Very quiet area near to the convenient stores, the train station by a very comfortable shuttle and public transport.

Traditional hotel with accommodating staff and fabulous views of the mountains. Great and stunning location, just a walk down to everywhere. Walk from a tram station, convenient. Overall excellent stay in the pretty town of hakone.

We were a family of 4, stayed for 3 nights and got a discounted rate for the 2nd and 3rd nights. The room size was just fine enough for us though not as spacious as we had expected. The hotel is rather close to the Naka-gora train station so it would be convenient to those taking the train. The room was spacious enough to fit 4-5 people. The shower was strong. Staff was very helpful and tried their best even though I didn't know Japanese. The futons provided were comfortable. Going downhill to Gora station was about 10-13 minutes walk. Location was excellent. It is just a short walk from the Naka-Gora-Gora station on the Gora cable car and there is a shuttle if you time it right. The hot spring baths are also good.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are fantastic and tidy with private bath, beautiful view and a kitchen. The employees are really kind and nice. The venue has marvellous setting in Gora Onsen district near convenience stores, Nobu restaurant and the train station by a very comfortable shuttle.

We had an amazing stay at Yutorelo-An Annex in Hakone. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of sunlight. The futons provided were comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. We also loved the complimentary Yukata. The staff was helpful and provided useful information. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and comfortable experience.
